We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. To win or redeem prizes (including Bingo Bucks redemptions and venue prizes), you must be 21+. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

5. Games and Virtual Currency

5.2 Mingles (Virtual Currency)

  • Mingles have no real-world monetary value
  • Mingles are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Mingles cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Mingles at any time
  • Unused Mingles may expire as described in our policies

5.3 Prizes and Rewards

Some games may offer prizes or rewards. Prize eligibility, rules, and distribution are determined by the game host or venue. We are not responsible for prizes offered by third-party hosts or venues.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

9. Venue and Creator Accounts

If you register as a Venue or Creator, additional terms may apply:

  • You must have authority to represent the venue or organization
  • You are responsible for all games and content hosted through your account
  • You must comply with all applicable laws, including age verification requirements
  • Revenue sharing and payouts are subject to separate agreements
  • We may review and approve content before publication

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT, ACTIONS, OR INACTIONS OF USERS, VENUES, OR THIRD PARTIES. WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY CONTENT OR OPINIONS EXPRESSED BY USERS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINGLINGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minglingo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and data
  • Any unused Mingles or subscriptions will be forfeited
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by sending written notice to legal@minglingo.com.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minglingo regarding the Service.
